Hi I'm Semerah.

    What if I can't attend the live masterclasses?

        No problem! All masterclasses are recorded and available in the Members' Library within 24 hours. 


        You can watch the replays at your leisure and own pace.

    I'm just starting my career or business. Is this too advanced for me?

        Not at all! We have members ranging from early-career professionals to senior executives and business owners (start-up and seasoned). We even have those who are retired in our Club! 


        Our content is designed to be valuable regardless of where you are in your journey. Plus, you'll learn from others at different stages. Some of our best connections happen between members at different experience, career and business levels.

    Can I cancel my membership anytime?

        Yes! 


        Monthly members can cancel anytime with no penalty. However, if you cancel and rejoin later, you'll pay the current rate at the time (most likely not the special member's £19.99 rate). Simply send us an email requesting to cancel: findingyourwow@gmail.com. 


        Annual members receive a pro-rated refund if cancelled within the first 30 days. Otherwise, before the date of renewal, simply send us an email requesting to cancel: findingyourwow@gmail.com.

    What platform do you use for live sessions and community?

        We use Zoom for live masterclasses and accountability sessions (accessible via computer, tablet, or phone, so no special software needed beyond the free Zoom app and wi-fi). 


        Our private community forum is hosted on the Go High Level platform, which is mobile-friendly, secure, and easy to navigate.

    Are the VIP retreats pr live events included in my membership?

        Retreats and live events are optional paid events.  Our retreats include accommodation, meals, and intensive transformation. Our live events include workbooks, meals, and high-level connections. 


        However, Club W.O.W members receive priority booking before access opens to the public, and for our 1-day VIP events, Members receive a special discounted rate to attend, and a longer period of time to secure their ticket(s).

    How much time do I need to commit each month?

        Minimum: 2 hours per month for the live masterclasses. 


        Recommended: 4-7 hours per month, including live masterclass and accountability sessions, as well as community engagement.


        That being said, we believe that you should decide how you wish to commit to the group, and attend as best fits your goals, priorties, and lifestyle. 


        We know however, that the members who engage most consistently, see the biggest transformations.

        The price is likely to increase in 2026, but a definitive date is yet to be set.


        If you lock in the special rate now, you keep it forever, even if you pause and resume your membership later, as long as you return within 3 months.

    Do you offer payment plans?

        Yes! For the annual membership, we offer 4 interest-free payments of £50 (total £200).
