Hi I'm Semerah.
I created the 7-Day Reset, because I was tired of seeing brilliant men and women feeling and being stuck: underpaid, undervalued, and isolated in their struggles.

I've been there - despite my banking career, success across multiple industries, and credentials, I was trapped between who I was supposed to be and who I knew I could become.
